HVAC & Mechanical Engineer
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experienced in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
• Efficient coordinator and proactive problem-solver with strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems; prepare drawings (T-fas/equivalent).
• Provide technical solutions, manage schedules, and coordinate suppliers.
• Execute maintenance/installations for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
• Troubleshoot issues, support cleanroom projects, and ensure site safety.
Requirements (Must-Have)
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
• 2–3 years of HVAC installation/maintenance experience.
• Skilled in planning, coordination, budgeting, and site safety.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Malaysian Standards and HVAC regulations.
• T-fas/CAD skills and green building (LEED/GBI) exposure.

HVAC Project Manager

• Experienced HVAC site manager capable of overseeing full project execution.
• Strong leader for engineers, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Proactive problem-solver ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage overall site operations, acting as the contractor’s representative.
• Develop facility, workforce, and safety plans.
• Review drawings, oversee construction progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and designers, addressing needs promptly.
• Ensure strict cost control, quality assurance, and occupational safety compliance.
Requirements (Must-Have):
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of HVAC construction and site management experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, supervise, and commission advanced HVAC systems
- Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects (up to RM 1M)
- Oversee maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of critical equipment
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support
- Manage quotations, procurement, construction, and subcontractor coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in HVAC system installation/design
- Proven ability to independently complete RM 1M+ projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with Malaysian Standards (MS) and T-fas drawings

Construction Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)
- Role: Construction Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) – M&E construction and factory renovation projects
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience, qualifications and capability
Ideal Candidate Profile
AEM acts as the Principal Contractor on various M&E and renovation projects. The SSS goes beyond documentation to actively inspect sites, prevent incidents, and confidently enforce safety standards across all teams, prioritizing safety over schedule pressure.
- A hands-on professional who actively monitors the site
- Prioritizes safety and integrity over schedule pressures
- Confident in stopping unsafe work and enforcing rules respectfully
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, safety patrols, and pre-work verifications
- Prepare HIRARC, JSA, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work documents
- Supervise subcontractors, enforce PPE, and lead Toolbox Meetings
- Control high-risk activities (e.g., work at height, hot work, lifting)
- Investigate incidents, enforce corrective actions, and ensure legal compliance
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Valid DOSH/JKKP registration (SSS) and CIDB Green Card
- Minimum 3 years of construction or M&E site safety experience
- Practical experience with HIRARC, JSA, and Permit-to-Work systems
- Strong background in supervising high-risk work and subcontractors
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Malay) and knowledge of local safety laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, cleanrooms, or factory renovations
- Familiarity working with Japanese companies/clients
- Additional certifications (SHO, First Aid, Working at Height)
- Strong background in root-cause analysis and preventive planning
