Partnership Process

Step One: Partnership Enquiry
Submit the online Partnership Enquiry Form with your company information. Our Business Development team will review your enquiry and respond within three business day.
Step Two: Qualification Review
If your company meets our initial requirements, we will invite you to submit supporting documents, including your Company profile, CIDB Registration, Project Portfolio, Technical Staff List, and other relevant information for qualification reiew.
Step 3: Approved Partner Registration
Companies that successfully meet AEM’s qualification requirements will be registered as approved business partners and considered for suitable project opportunities based on their expertise, capabilities, and project requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- CIDB Registration: Grade G3 and above (G5 preferred)
- Experience: Japanese, Korean, Western MNC projects preferred
- Technical Staff: Minimum 15 personnel
- Equipment: Own construction equipment
- Communication: English or Japanese
- Quality System: ISO9001 or equivalent
